A by-election for the United Kingdom parliamentary constituency of Clacton is expected to be held soon following the announced resignation of incumbent Nigel Farage. This market will resolve according to the candidate who wins the Clacton parliamentary by-election. If the election results are not known definitively by June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting. In case of ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on official election results as published by Tendring District Council (https://www.tendringdc.gov.uk/) and the UK Parliament (https://www.parliament.uk/).

Nigel Farage looks so, so stupid I think the actual odds imo are closer to 35/65, it's just that the fundamentals say that a binwin is essentially impossible. But Zohran Mamdani and Hannah Spencer still happened. If 53% of the constituency bothered to show up against Farage and Reform in 2024/26 respectively I wouldn't put it past them to vote binface

53.8% of Clacton never voted for Nigel, still in 2026, 53% didn't vote for Reform. Those voters are coming to Farage's bed in his sleep with bats (metaphorically, of course)
In fact after allowing for the 58% turnout only 26.8% of eligible voters voted for Farage in the 2014 GE! Perhaps Binface could encourage the non-voters to turn up? However, according to the odds on this site Farage will win this easily.
